Ordering for Collection
Terms and Conditions
Collection is available Wednesday to Saturday, and a member of our team will contact you when your order is ready to collect this will either be by telephone or the email you placed your order with.
We reserve the right to make some collection dates unavailable. Should we have to alter your collection date we will always notify you beforehand.
You are strongly advised to inspect your order on collection, it is then your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours if you believe any of the products are not as ordered.
Our warranty does not cover damage that has occurred to the goods while in your procession including incorrect cooking methods.
Refund and Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have received, contact should be made within 24 hours of receipt. All complaints will be dealt with immediately by a member of our team. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Sadly, we are unable to accept returned goods ordered in error due to their perishable nature.
